With our wide range of food specialities, we fulfil the wishes and needs of our customers with a high degree of flexibility, speed of response and a commitment to the highest quality products. We do this while taking into account such product requirements as safety, quality, legal parameters, processing scope and individual customer specifications. Our professional customer consultations are geared to bring maximum value for the customer while bringing an adequate return to ourselves.
Our continuous professional development commitment and the company’s information policy individualised for every level of staffing enables and empowers our employees to work focussed and with proficiency and work independently and to make informed decisions within the scope of their own areas of responsibility.
Our suppliers receive all the necessary information and instructions to ensure that their supplies and services comply with our exacting standards. We are considerate of socio-ethical and ecological demands, wherever possible.
Our plants, facilities, stocks and finished products are subjected to regular inspections and maintenance. We adhere to all provisions and laws and any other demands allowing us full traceability of all our resources.
Our process-oriented management system comprises the quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, the environmental management in accordance with ISO 14001:2004, the International Food Standards (IFS), membership of the Swiss organisation for health and safety at work KSGGV, adherence to specific customer provisions and to all laws and guidelines.
We are committed to maintain our high quality, environmental and safety standards in our products and services through documented processes, provided to our staff as part of a constant flow of information and continued professional development and regularly audited for efficacy, suitability and adherence to our standards.
The framework to determine and assess environmental targets is set by regular appropriated relevance analyses.
We supervise and examine the development of our environmental compatibility and take action to consistently improve by taking preventive measures in all our processes. We are committed to take firm and measurable action within economical and competitive parameters in all aspects of the environment to sustainably reduce emissions (see also our CO2 certificate).
All information on questions of the environment and health and safety are fully open for inspection by our customers, the authorities and the public.
