Cornmeal (fine)

Cooking time is c. 20 minutes
and makes a fairly smooth polenta.

Cornmeal (coarse)

This is also known as bramata.
Cooking time is c. 30 – 45 minutes and makes quite a coarsely grainy polenta. Also delicious for making corn gnocchi.

2-minute polenta

Cooking time 2 minutes.
The polenta is rather grainy. This cornmeal has been processed with a special method to allow quick absorption of water.

For tortillas, spaetzle, pasta, pastries, porridges and soups. Suitable as binding agent.
