This will make an impression, yet it’s quick and easy to make.

Preparation
| preheat an electric oven to 180˚C/350˚F, fan oven 160˚C/310˚F, gas mark 4 | |||
| 1 | packet of ready-made puff pastry | Roll out and place on a large baking sheet, cut into 2 x 2 cm squares | |
| some | milk | brush the squares with milk | |
| 150 | g | Zwicky Salad Goodies | sprinkle over the pastry and press down lightly |
| Bake for c. 20 minutes |
Chef’s tip
You can also use short-crust pastry.
If you have cream or an egg that needs to be used up, then brush the pastry with either one of these.
Use any variety of Zwicky Salad Goodies, e.g. mixed seeds, Mexican style or roasted sesame seeds with hazel nuts.
